Off-campus childcare facilities that bus to Pioneer:

Imagination in Education (IIE) at Junior Academy Children’s Center

Imagination in Education provides extended-day care focused on literacy, homework support, and developmentally appropriate enrichment. Programs align with district schedules and offer flexible options for families during school days, weather delays, and breaks.

Imagination in Education (IIE), a Junior Academy Children’s Center program, provides before- and after-school care for school-age children, along with childcare on teacher workdays, late starts, inclement weather delays, and other non-school days.

IIE programs offer a safe, healthy, and enriching extended-care environment grounded in a literacy-based curriculum. Students participate in developmentally appropriate activities that include reading, arts and crafts, cooking, dramatic play, science, math projects, and supervised outdoor play. Organized sports and physical activity are incorporated daily to support overall wellness.

Homework support is a key component of the program. Each day, students have access to a quiet, structured space for completing schoolwork, as well as options to read or rest as needed.

Junior Academy Children’s Centers offer flexible attendance options and rates designed to meet the needs of families. Programs are adapted to align with district schedules and include care on snow days, early dismissals, late starts, holidays, and during summer programming.

Imagination in Education sites located within Academy District 20 elementary schools provide the same personalized, high-quality care as main Junior Academy locations. Programs emphasize safety, respect, hands-on learning, and positive recreation to support both academic and social development.
